LOS ANGELES — Our six-part “State of Rock Radio” special clearly struck a positive chord with RadioInfo readers.

Among the numerous pieces of correspondence we receivedwas the following from one of our esteemed interviewees, Allen Shaw, who graciously wrote, “Mike, Your article got me thinking about some of the people who worked at ABC-FM during the 11 years [1968-1979] I was there.”

Wholeheartedly agreeing with the former ABC Radio FM stations division president, we share in Shaw’s magnanimous shout-out.
